Privacy Policy for enagai.online

Last updated: 21 August 2026

Our website address is: https://enagai.online.

This Privacy Policy explains how enagai.online collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our website. It covers standard WordPress features, analytics, security logging, contact form submissions, and advertising (including Google AdSense).

Contact Form

When you submit a message through our contact form, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, subject, and message content. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is stored in our admin dashboard for proper handling.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Site analytics cookie: We also set an anonymous visitor-identifier cookie for every visitor, whether or not you comment or log in. This cookie contains a randomly generated ID only no personal data and is used to distinguish new visitors from returning visitors for our own site analytics. It lasts for 2 years. Blocking or deleting this cookie does not prevent you from using the site; it may just cause a repeat visit to be counted as a new visitor.

Advertising, Google AdSense & Third-Party Cookies

This website uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google AdSense is a third-party advertising service provided by Google LLC.

Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. These cookies enable Google and its partners to:

  • Show personalized ads based on your interests and browsing behaviour
  • Measure ad performance and effectiveness
  • Prevent fraud and improve ad delivery

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites on the Internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings page:

You can also opt out of a third-party vendor’s use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page:

Site Analytics & Security Logging

In addition to comments and account activity, this site uses a security and analytics plugin that automatically logs, for every visitor (including logged-in users):

  • Your IP address (in full, or partially masked, depending on current site configuration)
  • An approximate location (country, region, and city) estimated from your IP address
  • The pages you view, the referring page/URL, your browser/device user agent, and the date and time of your visit
  • Whether the visit was to the public site or the admin area, and, if you are logged in, your username

For account security, the plugin also logs successful and failed login attempts (including username, IP address, browser user agent, and timestamp) in order to detect and automatically block repeated failed login attempts (brute-force protection).

This data is used only to understand site traffic and to protect the site from automated attacks and abuse. It is not sold, and it is not used to build advertising profiles.

Embedded Content from Other Websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content.

Who We Share Your Data With

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

To estimate an approximate location from an IP address, we send the IP address to a third-party geolocation lookup service (ip-api.com). We do not send your name, email, or any other personal information to this service.

When Google AdSense is active, data may also be shared with Google and its advertising partners as described in the “Advertising, Google AdSense & Third-Party Cookies” section above.

How Long We Retain Your Data

Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely so we can recognise and approve follow-up comments automatically.

Contact form submissions are retained in our admin dashboard for as long as needed to respond to and manage inquiries.

For registered users (if any), personal information is stored in their user profile. Users can view, edit, or delete their information at any time (except the username).

Site analytics data and login security logs are currently retained indefinitely for historical and security purposes. We may review and shorten this period. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

You can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, or request that we erase personal data we hold about you (subject to legal or security obligations).

To make a request, please use our Contact page.

Where Your Data Is Sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Visitor IP addresses may be sent to ip-api.com for approximate geolocation. When Google AdSense is in use, advertising-related data is processed by Google and its partners in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.
